Entry into the Austrian ready-mix concrete market was launched in 1994 with the acquisition of a concrete plant in Gröbming. In 2004 the company’s market position was expanded with the acquisition of the present-day w&p Beton GmbH. Our ready-mix concrete plants in Austria supply concrete to Central Carinthia, the Graz region in Styria and the Enns Valley.
Two production sites are majority owned by the Group (Klagenfurt, Gröbming), and two further sites are operated jointly with investment partners (Feldkirchen: Cerne & Transbetonring GmbH & Co KG, Gratkorn: Grazer Transportbeton GmbH).
The concrete is sold under the brand name w&p Beton except in the Styrian Enns Valley, where the concrete is marketed under the well-known brand name Fertigbeton Gröbming. A modern fleet provides for competent and environmentally friendly delivery of the concrete.

The Group entered the Slovenian ready-mix concrete market in 2004 with the acquisition of Rokava d.o.o. Our ready-mix concrete plants in Slovenia supply concrete to the Slovene Littoral and the greater Nova Gorica and Koper areas.
Two production sites (Dekani, Koper) are currently in operation and a mobile concrete mixing plant is available for large construction sites. In addition to ready-mix concrete, concrete pipes are also produced for the regional market.
The concrete and concrete pipes are sold under the Rokava brand name and delivered competently and in an environmentally friendly manner in cooperation with our local partners.

The entry into the Italian ready-mix concrete market was launched in 2007 with the acquisition of Friulana Calcestruzzi s.r.l. Our ready-mix concrete plants in Italy supply concrete to the Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto regions.
Friulana Calcestruzzi currently operates 6 concrete plants at different locations. The concrete is sold under the Friulana Calcestruzzi brand name, which has stood for reliable service in the concrete sector for over 50 years. The concrete is delivered by a partner company in compliance with high quality and environmental standards.
