Your job

As an intern your main task will be the development of a sustainability training program emphasizing the importance of CO2-reduction within our company. The program is to be rolled out in Austria, Italy, and Slovenia. Therefore, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with international teams, gaining a deeper understanding of our company’s international approach to sustainable practices.

Your tasks

  • Develop the curriculum for the training program
  • Create educational materials, including presentations, handouts, etc.
  • Work with our team to ensure the program aligns with our company’s goals and objectives

Your skills

  • Interest in Climate Protection: A strong interest and commitment to climate protection topics will ensure authenticity and passion in your work
  • Structured Approach: You should be able to organize and present content in a clear and coherent manner
  • Empathy for Learners: You should be able to put yourself in the shoes of the learners to best deliver the teaching material.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Advanced knowledge of German or Italian or Slovenian would be a great advantage.
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in technical or business administration. A focus or additional knowledge in sustainability or human resources would be ideal.
