Management
Dr. Michael Junghans, born in July 1967, has been the Spokesman of the WIG Wietersdorfer Holding GmbH Management Board since May 2015 and is responsible for Strategy, Portfolio Development, Law and Communications.
After graduating in business administration and law, and following a series of other professional roles, he joined McKinsey & Company Inc. in 1997 to oversee strategy, organization and operational efficiency management projects. Mr. Junghans later became a member of the Stadtwerke Klagenfurt AG Management Board and, most recently, also become Chairman of the B&C Industrieholding GmbH Management Board.
Mag. Hannes Gailer, born in September 1966, has been CFO of the WIG Wietersdorfer Holding GmbH since January 2012 and is responsible for Finance and IT.
With a degree in business administration and a professional background working with KPMG and RHI AG, Mr. Gailer joined the Heraklith Group in 1997 in order to organize and lead the Group’s controlling department. Shortly after, he was appointed to the Management Board. After that, Mag. Gailer joined the Management Board of Knauf Insulation where he was responsible for various national companies, and most recently became CFO of the Monier Group for Eastern Europe and Turkey.
