In 2004, KEMA joined the Wietersdorfer as a new brand. Established in 1953, it now produces tile and construction adhesives, joint and sealing compounds, floor and wall fillers, building materials for renovation work, industrial flooring, external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) and concrete additives.
KEMA Puconci d.o.o. is based in Puconci about 50 km east of Maribor in Slovenia and just a stone’s throw from Bad Radkersburg in Austria. When it became a member of the Wietersdorfer, sales activities in foreign markets saw an increase in both volume and frequency. Today KEMA d.o.o. is to be found in 12 countries – from Romania to Ukraine and the Baltic.
